Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns. However, we do accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-exchangeable items include:
Custom orders, pooja items, opened beauty products, seasonal or clearance items, and any product marked as final sale.
Refund & Store Credit Policy
We do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. In such cases, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence.
Resolution Options:
If your issue is approved, you may choose between a replacement item or store credit for the value of the product. Refunds to your original payment method will only be issued in rare cases where a replacement or credit is not possible.

Store credits or approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
